I love watching the Golden Globes. I love the red carpet, the dresses, the production, all of it. But I'm a mom, a mom who got rid of cable and the DVR to save money. So the odds of me watching the Golden Globes this year instead of watching Elmo or Thomas the Train were pretty slim. So it was pretty much a Christmas Miracle when I opened my Christmas gift from Jeff and found that he had booked a night at the Embassy Suites for the Golden Globes!
